Secrets Puerto Los Cabo
Experience Unlimited-Luxury® and Unique Sophistication at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos the Upscale Oceanfront Resort that delivers a World-Class Spa & Elegant Accommodations. Secrets is one of the hotels in the AMRESORTS collection, and all their properties are very luxurious w/affordable prices.
Secrets is very close to Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), 12 miles (19 kms). Which makes it a wonderful weekend get-a-way for West Coast residents.
In awe with all the dragonflies that visit us! Set in the exclusive community of Puerto Los Cabos, Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort is on Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula.
My son turned 18, so I took him on a fun excursion to this stunning place. The property is in San Jose del Cabo about a 35 drive from the Cabo night-life-scene of Cabo San Lucas. Secrets is isolated, serene and very luxurious.
You won’t get the breeze that Cabo San Lucas has, but you’ll get expansive nature and jaw-dropping beauty everywhere you turn. This hotel is simply gorgeous and the price to stay is more than reasonable for an all-inclusive.
The secure community around Secrets Puerto Los Cabos provides striking views of native flora and fauna and miles of unspoiled Pacific Coast beach. Plus you get to hang out with and watch the iguanas climb up the trees or swim across the pool and beg for your fruit!
The resort has sophisticated décor and spacious suites each with a private balcony or terrace, 24-hour room service, daily refreshed minibar, a Secrets Box for private in-suite dining and more.
We stayed in the Preferred Club with access to additional privileges including a private lounge, upgraded amenities and minibar service, pillow menu, outdoor Jacuzzi and a host of other extras. Our room was the Preferred Club Junior Suite Oceanfront, Oversized room with separate sitting area, Preferred Club amenities, full bath area with private shower and hydro-tub. Private, furnished balcony or terrace with Jacuzzi. 581 square feet.
Next time we’ll try the SWIM UP SUTES! They looked absolutely amazing and very much needed in the Cabo high heat!
Unlimited-Luxury continues throughout the resort where guests are treated to limitless gourmet fare and top-shelf spirits at elegant restaurants, bars and lounges.
Choose from a variety of beach, land and water activities, take a dip in one of two main pools, go on a leisurely walk along the 3 mile stretch of unspoiled Pacific Coast beach or catch the live nightly entertainment. There is no swimmable beach, but the views and cocktail service are amazing!
Plus, the Puerto Los Cabos community provides, just steps away, a full service Marina with world-class sport fishing and artisan walkway, and the only composite 18-hole golf course in the area.
All the AMResorts Collection do all-inclusive really well. And that’s rare for Cabo. You have to go to Cancun or other Mexico destinations to get the authentic all-inclusive experience. However, when traveling and staying in Cabo, my advice is: PLEASE BE PATIENT AND KIND AT All-INCLUSIVES. They are working around the clock preparing great food and drink for ALL THE HOTEL GUESTS. I see bad reviews about room service, food etc.
When you pay for all-inclusive you’re typically paying for 24/7 food and drink service and for staff to wait on you hand and foot. So please be considerate and understanding when you opt for all-inclusive. And constantly tip, bring a wallet filled with one US dollar bills, you’ll go through them fast, but it’s courteous to do so. That’s how most of the staff make their livelihood.
TRAVEL BLOGGER DISCLOSURE
Secrets provided discounted accommodations and upgrades. The point of the trip is to bring Mexico loving people to Cabo and to talk about what we see and how to experience here; my primary focus is travel within Mexico. No one has told me that I cannot post negative information. No one has told me that I must say positive things. I am always as objective as I can possibly be. I only promote products, services and vacations that contribute to a person’s well-being. Plus, I’m in love with the culture and would come back just as often even if I were not a travel blogger. It’s magnificent
